BENEFITS include 2 weeks paid vacation (after 6 months),10 paid sick days(after 6 months),7 paid holidays,3 personal days (after 1 year) and 4 floating holidays (after 6 months) and half price child-care.
For FULL TIME employees (30 hours or more), it also includes 2 health care plans to choose from where LVCC pays 75% of the employee's premium, but zero towards additional family members. We also offer voluntary benefits such as dental, short-term disability, long-term care and life insurance as well as a retirement plan where after 2 years of employment we match up to 3%.
PART TIME employees (20-29 hours per week), health care is at 50% of premium for employee.
