MUST obtain a FBI Criminal Check, PA State Criminal Check and Child Abuse Clearance. Previous clearances obtained within ONE YEAR of hiring are acceptable with ORGINAL DOCUMENT ONLY.
MUST have current PHYSICAL (within 1 year), TB Test (within 2 years) and proof of RUBELLA if working in an Allentown Center & female between 18 and 44yrs old
