Lehigh Valley Child Care anticipates a grant award from Pennsylvania's Pre-K Counts program which would enable us to provide high quality Pre-K for 100 four-year-olds, at Lehigh Valley Child Care locations, at no cost to their families.
Pre-K Counts classrooms are now enrolling at the following LVCC locations:
The program is expected to start in early September and operate on an academic calendar. Classes will last five hours a day from 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM; however, Lehigh Valley Child Care will offer wrap-around child care services before school, beginning at 6:30 AM and after-school until 6 PM.
ELIGABILITY REQUIREMENTS: If your child is currently four-years-old and you are at or below 300% of the federal poverty level ($61,950 for a family of four) or have a child who speaks English as a second language or has cultural or special needs issues.
